Atlanta Film & Video Festival
Atlanta, GA -One of the largest film festivals in the Southeast, the Atlanta Film & Video Festival is in its 25th season of bringing Atlanta the finest in new and independent film and video. This year's festival will run from June 8 to 16, with tickets available starting May 16.
Over 160 new works by independent artists from around the world will be featured. Many of these artists are American, and many of these are "local," that is they hail from the greater Southeast. If you're a film buff, this is just the type of experience you'll find entrancing.
The Atlanta Film & Video Festival is continually surprising, from the content of its work to the format it's delivered.
Recently, for instance, the Festival has had an increasing number of digital submissions.
Films and video are screened at various theaters around Atlanta, and some are expected to fill more quickly than others, so it would be worthwhile to contact the Festival beforehand to assure yourself a seat.
