Atlanta Lung Cancer Awareness Run & Walk
Atlanta, GA -Atlanta, GA -Saint Joseph’s Hospital and the Lung Cancer Caring Ambassadors Program will host the 3rd Annual Atlanta Lung Cancer Awareness Run & Walk on Saturday, November 10, 2007, on the grounds of Perimeter Place, across from Perimeter Mall.
Every Breath and Every Step Counts! Saturday, November 10, 2007, Saint Joseph's Hospital and the Lung Cancer Caring Ambassadors Program will host the 3rd Annual Atlanta Lung Cancer Awareness Run & Walk. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness, provide support for survivors of lung cancer and their families, educate the community on risk factors, prevention and early detection, and to support lung cancer advocacy, research and support.
On-site registration will open at 7:00
a.m. ALL race numbers will be given out the morning of the race. The
5K fun run begins at 8:00 a.m. and the 1-mile walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
T-shirts will be given out AFTER the race to all participants. Food,
beverages and goodie bags will be provided at the Expo at the conclusion
of the event. Online
