We are so thrilled that you are participating in the very successful and popular Chef Shows airing on our network of Television Stations.

Our online registration will confirm several important details necessary for preparing your shoot. After you have completed this registration, our Chef Show Producer, Andrea Moak, will contact you to begin planning your trip to Florida.

(Please let us know if there are any special order foods in the ingredients that may be difficult to find at local markets. Recommendations for regional or hard to acquire ingredients and substitutions are great for show conversation)
Special Equipment Needs:
(Our kitchens have all the cooking surfaces, refrigeration and ovens found in a professional kitchen and the typical pots, pans and small wares along with general service wares. When possible we encourage you to bring your own speciality service wares especially for dishes designed around them. If you need specialized equipment like a pasta maker, mandolin or immersion blender please let us know in advance.)
