I almost hold my breath when I walk in here. It feels like you must be interrupting a moment back in time, like you've stepped off the street with the cute orange Mini cruising by and the teenagers in their baggy hip-hop pants and into another era. I always want to sit unobtrusively at a table in the corner and watch and soak it all in. This is the atmosphere no one can create, it just gets created. It takes time. It takes thousands of days. It takes a city and owners who know what to leave alone, what not to change one bit. Sip a Pimm's Cup–––the best one in town. REst your elbows on a table made smooth by thousands of other elbows. Breathe it in, and know you're in an extremely special place. Love, love love it here.

New Orleans is just a traditional city, we can't help it. When you go to places like Napoleon House, you can really see and feel that tradition. I love to sit at there tables that are half inside the bar and half on the side walk. You feel like you are in another time zone. As you sit and sip on your cocktail you can watch time slow down. Here time doesn't past like it does in other bars, instead it seems to linger here, as if time has no place to go. The drinks are SUPER, my personal favorite here is the Pimps Cup. They are very well known for it here! They also serve lunch, the only place in town to serve a HOT muffalatta! It is definately worth a stop to sit where thousands, dare I say a million of people sat through out New Orleans history and watch time linger by...
