Home of the world's largest painting, "The Battle of Atlanta" and home of the historic Civil War locomotive "TEXAS". Through spectacular music, art and sound effects, history comes alive as you step back to July 22, 1864 and become part of the battle. Created in 1898, this painting in the round amazes and informs.

Relive the Battle of Atlanta, 2011-12-09

This is one of a few huge, circular art works available for viewing in the United States with attached diorama depicting the Battle of Atlanta. Attached museum with civial war artifacts and vintage locomotive. A must see for historians and children learning about this era. Great family outing. If it's about the civil war -- it's at Cyclorama.
