Hi folks, I did enjoy the location,and all the features,that Edgewater has on sight,however, room 608 in tower 1 was very outdated. We had to wait for 2 hours for someone to fix the door to lock so we could leave the room, stove didn't work properly either.Bedroom lamps were broken,I do think the owner of this room is lacking on responsablity

With 36 holes of golf, 11 tennis courts, world-class health club and spa, 12 swimming pools, including the famous 350,000 gallon lagoon pool, AND the best one-half mile stretch of sugar white, manicured beach, it is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach....period !!

We come to Panama City 3 times a year and have been coming here for at least 20 years. Stayed at many places before we found Edgewater. Parents spent many hours analazing the best place to buy a condo and they come up with Edgewater. Been coming here the last 10 years and love it. The people, the atmosphere, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant. It has everything you could ask for. Kids like it here better then Disneyworld. True story!!

I have lived in Bay County and played on Panama City Beach for 50 years. Edgewater is one of the few places I recommend to all my friends when they come to the beach for vacation. It's beautiful and tasteful and has every imaginable amenity. It is in an ideal location. Plus, the people who work there are warm and friendly - and cool!
