Hombre is host to the PGA Tour Qualifying School. The Wes Burnham dsigned course features water on 15 of the 18 original holes and has added 9 holes with less water but wetlands areas that you have to cross on 3 tee shots. Hombre also features a complete pro shop, full service bar and grill, golf school, packages and professional staff.

This is a great course and a nice facility, but they are awfully proud of it; greens fees are high. If you can afford it, play it, a lot!

This has to be one of the most challenging golf coarses in the southeast. The fairways are narrow and the greens small. For Florida there is a good amount of elevation. The Hombre also has it's share of swamps so bring alot of balls. The signiture #11 island hole is a dot in the middle of a lake. This is the coarse in NW Florida to test your drive and stamina.
