Fish Out of Water is beau-ti-ful inside. It's on the Gulf and the framed windows are perfect to what's outside. The food is great and the wine menu is fun to read and order from. It's a must while on 30A.

The fish go out of water, and into great sushi. And into seasonal specialties. This chef is daring to push the boundaries...but you wont' know it. He's a cautious guide, who doesn't want to jolt anyone, but wants them to leave feeling moved and changed. That's what's so good here: you don't even know how much your tastebuds are being prodded to a new place. Beyond the food, the dining room is absolutely stunning. An artistic stage, subtle yet dramatic. Ultra sophisticated and artistic, yet somehow a perfect "curtain" to frame the lovely soft dunes and sea outside the wide open windows. Worth a special evening.
