I had the best experience at this place. My massage was great and my hair stylist was exactly what I've been looking for. Also the new owners have done an amazing job renavating the spa. I love how big the salon is how nice the staff was. I recommend it to anyone looking for the best place in town, this is it!

I arrived with my bridal party for our appts which were the first ones of the day...however they were still late to start on anyone's hair. I was not impressed with my previous trial appt. but decided to give them a second chance. One of the stylists told my bridesmaid that she didn't do updos (which we specifically made appts for.) She then continued to be as hateful as possible towards her, telling her she couldn't wear her hair a certain way and finally telling her (and the other girls) that we should have gone to another salon. The stylist that did my hair was not as rude, but did not do a good job on anyone's hair. In the end, 3 of my bridesmaids were in tears and all of us had to go to another salon to have our hair fixed by professionals. In sharing my experience, I have heard similar stories about this salon. This was absolutely the worst vendor we dealt with during our wedding weekend.
