This place is great for breakfast or brunch. I ordered the omlet and my husband had the waffle, VERY GOOD! It was crowded, but that's just because it's a small place and it was packed! Great bakery items too, the fresh baked bread loafs are excellent!

Buttered Rum Muffins for breakfast. Yum. You can pick any sandwich for lunch and be happy. If I were a local, this would certainly be on my list for frequent lunches.

We vacation in Panama City every year and just discovered Andy's Flour Power. I wish it had been sooner. It is by far the best breakfast in Panama City Beach. The food and the service are top notch. John (the owner)is wonderful. He and his staff make you feel as though you are family. This is a place you absolutely HAVE to check out...you won't be sorry. I can't wait to get back next year and eat there EVERY day!!!!!! Mills Family

Times must be hard? Ordinarily I really like this place and always look forward to going there. It's often difficult to decide what to have but I really like their roast beef sandwich, OR I thought I did. The sandwich I was served was basically not edible. The beef was "dark" very fatty and TOUGH, practically impossible to eat. I know they would have taken it back and given me something else, but I'm not into that and then you don't get to eat with your table. I'm so surprised that someone in that kitchen decided to serve me the very last bits of I don't know how many days old beef, or fat and gristle. Who in that kitchen would send out a sandwich like that, or are times so hard that they must meet food costs regardless? I will go back because as I said, I usually enjoy Andy's VERY much...but there was ONE day and ONE sandwich that should never have been served. Sadly, I guess these things happen? Too bad for such a great place to stoop so low.

The club is delicious, I'd like to see a healthier alternative than potato chips but the food is phenomenal. FYI the Club rocks and the chocolate chip cookies are insane.

Everything at Andy's is absolutely delicious! Daily specials are out of this world and be sure to save room for the "chocolate croissant"! Don't miss this place when in PCB.

Get a guy who loves and knows food, and whose family has been in the food/restaurant business up north for generations. Get him to take over a small business in a beach town he loves? You end up with the Andy's Flour Power that now exists. This owner wants every crust, every sauce, every topping, every level of everything to be the best thing you can eat. From breakfast pastries, to fritattas, to lunches, you will taste the quality here. I admit, I wasn't impressed a few years ago when I went here but NOW? Now, it's a cafe packing some power. Try it. You'll go back.

i tried andys rolled omletes and benedict. the omlete was tasteless and paper thin, a huge disappointment. the benedict tasted like the hollandaise was made from powder and way over priced for what you got. the waffle house had better food. their sandwiches were tiny and very bland. not an exciting menu at all.

We went here for lunch because I had read the reviews here. It was great. We all had the chicken salad. My son wanted to eat there again. However, we never made it back there. Will surely go back when we are down that way again.

I've had 3 or 4 different sandwiches here and they are fantastic! Favorites are the club sandwich and chicken salad croissant. Don't forget the awesome chocolate chip cookies for dessert. They have a large selection of bakery items and desserts. Everything has been great so far. Highly recommended!

This is a nice place for breakfast or lunch. I wish they would serve breakfast longer or just have it all day. The decor is artsy and fun. The owners are great people who consistenly give back to the community. The salads and sandwiches are excellent. They do not serve dinner and close around 2 in the afternoon. Most of their desserts were good but the cookies and fruit turnovers were disappointing. But I am a picky dessert fanatic so not everyone may agree. I enjoy eating there, I don't know another good cafe like this.

I have been to Andy's quite a few times. From Breakfast, to lunch or just coffee and a dessert. It is friendly cozy to chat with a friend or even enjoy piece and quite in a cozy cafe' atmosphere. the food is good but yet reasonably priced. This is one cafe' i strongly suggest a visit to.
