We stayed Feb '06. A lot of nice older Canadian "snowbirds" there, twice our age. Our unit was generally good. We were looking to buy and didn't like the finish on the units. No paint behind the refrigerator, HVAC duct return not present, poor design of the kitchen area. A lot of little things most people renting wouldn't notice. The units were a little above average in size and luxury. The hot tubs, kid's pool area and zero entry pool were excellent. The one thing that really turned me off was a large group of kids who were staying with one of the unit owners. Security told them their unit was only rated for 12 occupants but they had over 20 young teenage kids and 6 adults. None wore their resort wristbands since only 12 were provided for the unit. The kids were wearing their street clothes, shoes and all in the pool. Throwing the pool furnature in the pool. Completely out of control! Security was useless and all the older renters abandoned the pool deck for their stay because of the abuse. Overall a nice place but needs to enforce their rules.

We have stayed here the last 2 times we've been to PCB and it is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is very friendly and they have daily housekeeping which is important. The pool is great and the Boardwalk Grille right on the premesis has fabulous food(not what I expected). I would recommend staying here to anyone that is thinking about visiting PCB. One more thing, the condo's are extremely nice and elegant.

This place is great! We had no complaints at all. We will continue to go back as much as possible and we recommend to anyone who wants to have fun and relax! We are planning two more trips here this year.

I recently had the opportunity to tour the newly completed tower at Boardwalk Beach Resort. This is a first of it's kind luxury condominium resort that has carefully thought out constructing every possible amenity to make your family's stay the most enjoyable vacation you will ever experience. The units themselves are spacious and offer a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units are available. It's a children's paradise where parents will be especially pleased to know that the pools, activity club, and water play zone have been made as safe and comfortable for the kids as they could ever possibly be. A poolside grille and bar, plus a fitness center of first class equipment are there for your pleasure. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation in Panama City Beach.
