I loved the pasta grill! I went with large group and everyone left stuffed. I had the white pizza and found it to be just like those I had while in Italy. If you're looking for the Olive Garden you are in the wrong place, but, if you want authentic food then go to Pasta Grill. Perhaps, the best part of this place was auctually next door- an Italian bakery- yum! Real Gelato and other authentic sweets- I will be going back very soon!

Very lrg. lunch portions. We have only eaten lunch there, but very good and a great value. A must lunch date for us during our week vacation in Panama City.

We've eaten here a couple times and the food has always been great. The place could stand to be updated a little, but the menu and food are great. From traditional pasta dishes to seafood to steaks, they've got a little something for everyone... including kids. Average pasta dish is about $12, seafood dish is $18 and steaks $24. And worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We could barely eat any of it and it left the worst taste in our mouth I felt sure gargaling gasoline would have been better - my son's veal was like a gray green, hard and he was pretty sure he was eating a boiled flip flp and all of our dishes were horrible - we were sick the rest of the night. WE LEFT and went to McDonalds

We have a house in Laguna and we try to get to the Pasta Grill everytime we can. The food is authentic, fresh, and always good. The staff is friendly and the service is great. The sauces are fresh and light. This is real Italian, done the right way.

Direct from Italy, Chef Antonio's Pasta Grill Restaurant is my favorite restaurant in the entire Panama City Beach area. The menu is diverse, affordable (especially at lunch), and the wine list is excellent. I've eaten there at least 12 times in the last 3 years, always trying a different dish, and have always been thrilled. The waitstaff is attentive, and Antonio's unique approach to Italian dining is superior to any other eatery in the area.

Horrible service ,high children's menu prices, thin sauces not too tasty, extremely long wait time for food. More than 2hrs for lunch. Chef fed friends while two other tables waiting much, much longer still waited. Too bad, Locals who were looking for a new place to eat.

I admit, I sometimes avoid pasta restaurants, thinking aw, I can do that at home, or I should try something more interesting. But with each bite at Pasta Grill, I get it: good pasta dishes really can't be topped. His basic marinara sauce? I'll never make one as good, and mine is pretty good! Any of his pasta with seafood, especially shrimp, but also the fish, is wow-your-senses delicious. His soups–––exceptional. The other thing is, portions are generous. Big baby greens salad with pears. Eggplant appetizer. It's not the most glamorous dining room (i'm being ridiculously polite here, but they did recently refresh and redecorate) but settle in with people you like to hang out with and eat with, and who cares what the dining room looks like!

This small italian resturant was great. It is authentic food prepared and served in a beautiful arrangement. The owners were greeting diners and catering to all of their needs. They were most helpful with menu choices and even suggested spliting the dish due to the portion size. Highly recommended. This was my favorite place to eat from the whole trip.

We recently ate at the Pasta Grill. The $8 kids chicken meals smelled and tasted ruined. They were also burnt. The $16 adult pasta meals contained crunchy pasta that seemed to have been dumped right out of the box. The server and owner both dismissed our complaints and offered no apologies. Then, they charged $125 too much on our credit card and refused to correct it. We go to PCB with a large group every year, but we definitely will not return to the Pasta Grill.
