From the very first time I've visited, I've really dug Cuvee Beach. It has energy. It has a hearty pulse. The wine selections pull you in every direction and make it hard to decide which way to go. It makes you want to splurge. The ample, horseshoe shaped bar (actually, it's almost a circle) is always full of a lively crowd, so it would be an easy place to go alone and meet new friends, and also I imagine a great place for singles, because it tends to be a very good looking, well-dressed crowd! Some places just have charisma and draw, and Cuvee Beach is definitely such a place. The food is, too, is a leader: fresh, confident, just what you want. I stick to the appetizers (wine-drinking style!) like the tuna tartare tower, the calamari and the shrimp pizza. The theater kitchen just adds to the energy. It's a place you'll want to keep coming back to, even if it's just to end the evening with that last glass of wine you really shouldn't have, but just have to have, and you'll be right in the mix of others living it up!

Try it, it's wonderful. Cuvee also has a great selection of wines & drinks, but save room for the ginger creme brulee. They have specials on food & drinks if you come early

I really rave over the Heirloom Tomato salad and the iceberg wedge salad. Of course don't miss out on the best juiciest pork chop on the Emerald Coast
