I was downtown shopping and was hungry but didn't have much time. I saw Tom's and said what the heck; it was a great choice. The hot dog was huge, I mean just short of brat size. The bun must have been steamed because it was very, very soft. The chili on my dog was killer. All the adds were fresh. There was an old Hot Dog chain back in the 70's called Lums. The hot dogs were broiled in beer and were amazing. This dog was almost as good. I'd love to know what dogs he is using. More than worth your time if you are hungry downtown.
