THIS is like dropping into Cajun country. Gator is a Cajun thru-and-thru, complete with accent and attitude. He loves his music and he loves his food, and if that sounds good to you, make a beeline for Blue Orleans. You will not find imitations here: real Cajun is what you'll get. And on weekends, the music is as good as it gets (some of the musicians played with the likes of Elvis and BB King) They make REAL beignets (like at Cafe du Monde in Nola) and absolutely great blackened fish and tasso grits. Fun and genuine, both!
