I had an opportunity the other day to see something that I didn't know existed on Panama City Beach. I toured the Idea Home on Lydia Lane built by Southern Landmarks. It's a fabulous luxury home, certainly worth a visit on it's own merit, but it's really unique in that the home is built waterfront on Grand Lagoon, but you can also look out the windows on the South side of the house and see the Gulf. Check it out. Plus, you'll get lots of great ideas if you are interested in building your own home.
