Many restaurants come and go throughout Atlanta, but Wisteria takes
root in Inman Park where chef/owner Jason Hill makes a connection
with his patrons and the surrounding neighborhood. Since opening
on September 9, 2001, Wisteria has blossomed into a friendly
community hub and culinary showcase. Wisteria boasts an extensive wine list with over 250 offerings as well
as nearly 50 by the glass selections. With a variety of half
bottles and a superb reserve list, Wisteria has something to please
every palate.

I have a soft spot for this restaurant, a personal bond. Maybe it's the owners–––Katie, Walker, Jason. You meet them, all so real with their dry humor and expertise on the industry, and you want to support their gig. They're the casual-yet-capable types. This is Southern cooking served up big, but better. LOVE their fried oysters. LOVE their crabcake. It's serious business to say "best fried chicken" but these words have been uttered here. The skate main course is also really special. And every salad is garden-fresh. Splendid. Go say hi to Katie, Walker, and Jason from me: we're old pals by now, because Wisteria gets you like that.
