In 1987, owners Chris and Pat Skodras opened the first Eggs Up Grill in Cumberland, Rhode Island. After 10 years of success based on philosophies passed down through a generation of restaurant owners, they decided to take their concept south and opened Eggs Up Grill in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Over time they found their ingredients for success included a simple menu, quality food, signature items and an atmosphere of friendship and community.
