Went to Prime on Valentine's day and had a great and very memorable meal. This place is over the top. Don't miss it on your visit.

Word on the street was the food was over the top at this restaurant. Unfortuntely I think the steak is a little over rated for this restaurant. It was not the tender steak I envisioned and it didn't have a great flavor to the steak itself. Thank goodness for the great demi glaze to give it some great flavor. I loved the roasted garlic glove. The sides we ordered the garlic mash potatoes and the asparagus where both cold when brought to the table. Overall I was disappointed with the food. I do have to say the service was great and when the tempatures of out steaks were criss crossed they made amends to us and offered a wonderful chocolate dessert to die for. Dessert was the best thing out of our experience at this restaurant. Sadly to say as a recent person that moved to the area I will not be returning to eat there again. :(

This place has the greatest steaks, comparable to Ruth's Chris (maybe better). Great Chef, dedicated to his food and presentation.
