Delia Champion and her brave troupe of dedicated 'foodies' have taken The Flying Biscuit from obscurity to nation-wide notoriety. Although 'the Biscuit' is admittedly quirky and unlike any other restaurant in the world, the food for which it is famous is down-to-earth and comforting and deep-down-delicious! Dishes like Turkey Meatloaf & Pudge...meatloaf, thick-sliced & grilled, topped with a horseradish cream sauce and served with pudge. (PUDGE: An old family recipe for mashed potatoes with sundried tomatoes, basil and olive oil. This is a MUST DO restaurant if you get anywhere near Atlanta!

Although this is not my favorite place to get a buscuit is is one of my favorties in Atlanta for brunch. It gets busy so get there early and be ready to wait, but the wait is worth it!
