With his new a Mano restaurant, award-winning Chef and restaurateur Adolfo
Garcia serves central and southern Italian dishes in what feels like a warm and welcoming trattoria.
At a Mano, which means "by hand," there’s a strong emphasis on scratch-made, house-cured
and long-simmered flavorful dishes. Here, guests can experience the art of Italian dining. The
menu's smaller courses encourage sharing and enjoyment of many exciting flavors. An all Italian
wine list and Italian cocktails are also featured. Situated near Adolfo's other restaurants RioMar
and La Boca, a Mano is located at 870 Tchoupitoulas, in the Warehouse District.

I have been to A Mano many times, and I always LOVE it - I took my mom and brother there last week, and we had such an incredible experience, we all made notes to facebook, tweet and otherwise RAVE about this place. Everything from the perfect COCKTAILS, to the lovely wine list - perfectly visioned for the awesome menu - to the service. I was so proud to show off for my family, and they are no push overs. It was over the top and much of it attributable to the incredible service. If you go, and you must, do yourself a favor and request David Pierce-Feith. He is a delight - entertaining but certainly professional all the while. He made us roar with laughter, and he guided us expertly through the menu - he figured us out, and we loved it!

If you LOVE Italian, I mean REAL Italian food, you will love AMano! They hand make thier sauages, the duck procuttio is out of this world. I love the oil and bread presentation and the home made pasta is excellent. If you haven't ever tried Gnuddi, the do it! OMG, melts in your mouth. This is no chain Italian restaurant, this is the real deal!
