Trader Vic's finds itself located in downtown's Hilton Atlanta Hotel. Bamboo dominates the walls and furnishings, producing the interesting feeling of hut dining in a South Seas village. The bar is casual and a great place to grab one the their signiture favorites, the Mai Tai"! The menu features many Polynesian specialties. The Polynesian ginger chicken, cooked in a Chinese wood-burning oven is one of my favorites. If you are downtown check it out. It is a classic!
