AJ's has a great location perfectly nestled on the Bay. It's a great place for day time entertianment, nighttime, any time. Lunch, dinner and great adult cocktails. A great place for entertainment.

We enjoyed our meal, reasonably priced, good server (he "screwed up our order by punching in crab cakes rather than crab claws", then gave us the crab cakes (comped of course) while we waited on the claws. He was great with his drink recommendations as well. Our 8 yo twins were thrilled that they had steak on the kids menu, for a decent price ($10). We left with a box full of leftovers. Great area of town, pretty long wait, (50 mins.,but that's a good sign, right?), lots to look at on the dock so kids were entertained, reasonably priced. Overall, I would recommend AJ's to anyone looking for a laid back, casual, (albeit hot), restaurant.

Best gumbo on the gulf. Good prices and nice harbor view. We visit Destin 4 or 5 times each year and AJ's is an automatic stop.

The upstairs bar is one of the coolest places to relax and have drink in Destin. It has a great view of the busy harbor below. I usually grab a fish sandwich(yum) and wash it down with few cold ones. Love the place.

A bit pricey, but the food is good and the service is excellent. It has good seafood and the meals are ample. The atmosphere is laid back and casual and the view is wonderful.

I really enjoy this place, although the price of their food is a little expensive for basic bar/resturant food. But you can't beat the view and the attentive wait staff. I am coming down soon and can't wait to spend some time here.

This is one of the best places on the harbor to watch the sunset in Destin. With a brilliant view of the Harbor, Pass and Destin Bridge atop the AJ's deck, all you need is a batch of boiled shrimp and your favorite cocktail!

AJ's has always been one of my favorite places in Destin. The casual atmosphere and excellent view of Destin harbor makes a good beer seem that much better.
