Have played this course twice and wanted to play a third, but never again will they get any of my green fees. Horrible customer service, greens are in poor, poor shape, over book tee times, small, the list can really go on and on. Dont go here, try Holiday, Hombre, Bay Point or Camp Creek. and these are only a bit more expensive for a much better golfing experience.

I HAVE PLAYED SIGNAL OVER THIRTY TIMES. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND JUST HAVE FUN. I HAVE ALSO PLAYED AT THE HOLIDAY AND HOMBRE, GREAT COURSES ,BUT A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. I HAVE NOT PLAYED YET IN 2009, BUT LAST YEAR FAIRWAYS DID NEED WORK AT SIGNAL HILL COURSE. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A BIG EGO PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I worked at Signal Hill for years while going to high school and college. It is what it is. A flat, wide open short course. If you want a Hogan caliber course Signal Hill is not the place. If you're just starting out and want an ego boost, check them out. And yes, you can drive some of the par 4(s), but can you putt?

Singnal Hill is not a great place to play durring any season, but avoid at all cost durring snow bird season. They let folks walk any time of day and stack tee times up way too much. Some par 4s can be reached in one. Not a big challenge, but great for newbies. Fairways are not good, but greens are generally OK.

They call it "Signal Hill" but from the first tee you can see the whole front nine, flat as a runway. Few chalenges for an avid golfer, but if strolling in grass all day and soaking up ray's is your speed give it a shot. The back 9 does have a hill, I guess thats why they called it Signal Hill not Signal hills.
