Sit outside on the deck!!! Great view. Cold oysters and drink specials ($1.50 drafts). Service has always been friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Calypso Resort and walked to Sharky's. Highly recommend the grilled grouper sandwich. We will be back!!!

Was on the beach right in front of Shark's, where one can see all the signs from the beach side. So bout 2:30pm the temptation to get some oysters and a cold one got the best of me. My daughter and I walked up (beachside) and sat down at the deck and waited,,, and waited,,,and, well, you know. And the staff saw us there! Never got a hello or anything. Finally had to walk over to the bar and asked for a half dozen raw oysters and a brew. Was told they were only sold by the dozen and she walked away. What's the deal here? Lost my business, will never go back!

I can't really say much about Sharky's other than it's not the wisest option if you're looking for fresh seafood and an authentic experience. Gulfside views are great, but this is really only a wise option if you'be got kids who are just DYING for some overbreaded popcorn shrimp and fruity drinks.

I was not impressed with this place, except in a bad way. Fried shrimp was awful, service slow, serving utensils dirty. Every expensive for what you get.

ate there on 8/17/06, the food was very disappointing!! oysters are supposed to be served "ice cold"; ours were "luke warm" the beach burger was nothing more than a frozen patty which wasn't cooked as we ordered!! the crab legs were meatless!!! save your money and eat elsewhere!!!!

the food was pretty good, the service was o.k. The day we went they had entertainment on the patio. Our 9 year old son really enjoyed that. Would go there again for the atmosphere.

Stopped in for a beer after lunch and our kids had chicken fingers and fries which were quite tasty. Nice to see they use real chicken rather than the standard "processed meat" served in most restaurants. Good atmosphere, lovely beach.

This place was pretty good. We ate lunch at Sharky's one of the days we were in town. The food was awesome, but the staff was just ok. They messed our order up and I somehow got my food about 5 minutes before the lady, and she was just getting a salad. I would go back just for the food and atmosphere.

The steaks were awful and the fried shrimp tasted like it was frozen. Very over-priced!!! We go to Panama City every year and we will not eat here again.

We've eaten there once and the only high point is that the waiter was nice. The food was outrageously expensive and not very good at all. Everything looked like it had been frozen and then boiled. We'll never eat there again.

This place has been around for a while and is one of the last restaurants standing directly on the Gulf. The atmosphere is one to experience for yourself; but don't forget to catch the beautiful sunset! Try some of the great drinks they have to offer and the Jamaican Shrimp is great!

It was a bit over priced for the quality of the food. I got the fried shrimp, that was probably frozen at one point and paid over $15 for it.
