This is a definite restaurant Mel and I hit on a regular basis. I saw were somebody didn't get great service on their last visit but can honestly say that hasn't been the case with us. I have eaten there a couple of times at lunch but normally we hit it in the evening. Always get the specials. chef is very creative.

There was a change in ownership about 5 yrs ago or maybe longer. Prior to that, it was one of the best. After that? Questionable at best. The biggest complaint was that they got rid of the oak-fired oven. They previously had THE BEST pizza's anywhere. Now? Nada. The menu under previous owners had interesting dishes, and great flair. Now? Not so.

We had a wonderful time at Mangoes and went for both lunch and dinner. Lunch menu was kind of simple, but the food was perfect and Jennifer our server was the best. Dinner was much more creative and just as tasty as lunch. We will definitly be back to try some of the other menu items on our next visit to Key West!

This is one of the best people watching places in Key West. The bar is where you want to be. TK is one of Key West's BEST bartenders! He'll fix you up with a fabulous cocktail. Food is outstanding: Try the mushroom martini. Love it, love it, love it! Once the sun goes down, go upstairs to the disco. Very fun!
