This is one of the only places a working stiff can still afford to live on the bay. And the view of the bay is grand. From the south side units you get a one of a kind view of the pass leading to the Gulf of Mexico. They have a pool, a conference center and docks to put your boat. All of this for the price of a 2 bedroom house. The realtors are some of the most friendly and enthusiastic in the area and will show you the property from top to bottom. If you think you can't live on the water think again, go to the Landmark.
