Billy's offers plump raw oysters and tasty local fare like smoked amberjack dip and whole Florida lobster at decent prices and with friendly, speedy service. The table service might be a little too casual for some (paper towels, tear-away paper tablecloths, etc), but as one of a dwindling number of restaurants serving raw dozens worth the money, it's a solid stop.
