I was very disappointed Sat. March 14th. My husband had been waiting 4 months to take me to eat at Casa De Fogo. We got there at 5:30pm. Only two table were taken at this time. We were sat first table dead center. I ask if we could please sit somewhere off to the side. I was told the tables were reserved. I said there is no where else other then here, she the host offered me one table back, still in the center and right off the main floor. I have work in Food Service for 24 years, But no longer been out of it for a few. In my time, I never would have let guest walk out do to something like this. When you call and reserve a table, you dont get to pick what table you want. The host picks it and saves it. Which she can also change or move. I am still very upset. My romantic night out, we ended up at Bones Fish using a gift card I recieved for my birthday. Guess I will have to wait until I go back to Atlanta to have a nice meal with good service. ONLY IN PANAMA CITY FL! P. Brooks

This Brazilian restaurant is a blast! I had heard but never had eaten at a "Churrascaria" or Brazilian steakhouse in a style called "Rodizio", or endless bar-b-q but it was a real treat. First off the restaurant has a definite Brazilian theme that is tastefully employed making just sitting and talking enjoyable. The hostess explains what we in the military call the "Rules of Engagement" or the rules to get the endless stream of meat to come to you. If you are a vegetarian, there is quite possibly the finest salad bar I have ever seen available for self-indulgence. The way it works, is when you are seated the waitress will bring you what appears to be a coaster. One side is red, the other side is green. If the green side is up, the gauchos will come around to your table and offer the meat they have on their large skewer, they cut slices and you have tongs to take them as they are cut. Make no mistake; you must be a devout carnivore to eat here. It is an endless procession of different meats. Take your time and eat small portions in order to sample the entire fare. There are several different steaks/beef, pork (roasted was my fav), and chicken that come around for you to try. The night I was there, about 25 differently prepared meats were offered. The garlic steak was killer! I left feeling like I would explode. Everyone on the staff was very professional, friendly, and hospitable. It was a memorable experience; one that I hope to repeat very, very soon.

My husband and I had just arrived in Panama City and we were excited to see a Brizilian Steakhouse! My husband is from Brazil and we love Brazilian food. From the moment we set foot in CASA DE FOGO our time there was AWFUL!! It began with poor service. The waitress was rude and from her body language, she did not want to serve us. She was extremely slow and forgot to leave the meat card which my husband and I noticed immeditely. The food selection from the salad bar was not good. I guess it would have been good if we were at an Applebee's or O'Charley's, but the point of having a Brazilian Steakhouse would be to serve BRAZILIAN food....right?!! Well, the selection of Brazilian food was not impressive at all. We were given our drinks, but without straws. We had to wait and wait and wait for our waitress to FINALLY come back to our table just to find out that they had ran out of straws! Which is RIDICULOUS!!! So, not only were we to drink without straws, but one of the glasses was chipped! We showed it to the waitress and requested a new glass. She had such an attitude that we requested to speak to the manager. We had not began to receive the meat, so we decided just to pay for the salad bar and leave. To our shock, the manager was NO help at all! He was just as bad as the staff! Instead of trying to figure out what the problem was, he insulted my husband and I telling us about how Brizilan restaurants worked and how they are different than American ones and that the prices were more expensive. I was extremely upset as well as insulted. I kind of figured that he had no formal training in management because he then would not speak to us and sent other people to speak on his behalf. When we returned to Atlanta, we gladly told our horror story to all of our Brazilian family and friends. The owners of the restaurants here were shocked as to how we were treated. Once we explained that there were NO Brazilians cooks(only a waitress)they understood. So if anyone ever wants to try great Brazilian food and have wonderful service...NEVER GO TO CASA DE FOGO!!!! Take it from someone who knows!!!!

Took my father-in-law to Casa De Fogo... The man has a bottomless stomach and never seems to get enough to eat regardless of where we go. Well, now he has. My entire family had a very enjoyable meal sampling all the various meats and long after we were done, my paw in law was still going at it. We just sat there and had a few drinks while he attempted to deplete the entire food inventory of the steakhouse. I had accomplished my mission as we left, he could barely walk and was in food comma heaven. Thanks Casa De Fogo..

Just finished a wonderful meal at Casa De Fogo. Loved getting hot bites of many different kinds of meats and seafood and the seasonings were delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant to visitors and residents of Panama City Beach.

It's a great concept... especially in light of all the low-carb diets out now. If you like different meats, you will love this place! From pork loin and filet, to bacon-wrapped chicken and lamb. It's all extremely tasteful. And a huge variety of meats. They also have a buffet with slads, pastas, etc.

You can say this is the ultimate low carb restaurant. Everything comes on a skewer to your table beef, shrimp, chicken, pork and beef. It's like being a cave man but instead of eating by a campfire it's candlelight. The servers are more than happy to give you all you can eat and you'll want to keep eating because the food is awesome. Oh yeah, they have a soup and salad bar. You can't go wrong here.
