Spring Break 2008 “VIP for Free” Video Contest - Rules and Regulations

Eligibility: Open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The following individuals are not eligible: employees and immediate family members of The Tourist Network, The Davis Company, TripSmarter.Com, and all subsideries of said companies.

To Win: Upload a video of any length to TripSmarter.Com's Video Vault explaining why you feel that you should be selected as our Spring Break 2008 "VIP for Free." All entries must be received by February 7th, 2008.

Submitted videos can be of any length and in any format.

Judging: All winners will be determined based on the result of a forum poll conducted at TripSmarter.Com. Prizes will be awarded from The Tourist Network to the winner upon proof of entry, eligibility and identity. Judging will begin Tuesday, February 8th, 2008 and will conclude on Monday, February 15th, 2008.

All contestants agree to the use of their names and/or likeness by The Tourist Network for use in media promotion now and in the future without further compensation.

The Tourist Network reserves the right to modify or change the rules or discontinue the contest without advance notice.

Awarding of all prizes is at the discretion of The Tourist Network and all decisions are final.

The Tourist Network reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of greater, lesser, or equal value.

Winners will be contacted on Monday, February 18th, 2008. All awarded prizes can be mailed to winners or picked up at Tourist Network offices, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
