Seaside Half Marathon and 5K Run
Seaside, FL -Whether you are a serious distance runner or a casual weekend warrior, come to America's Classic Beach Town for the annual Seaside Half Marathon and 5K Run.

Last year’s race event attracted more than 2,100 runners who hailed from all across the United States. Fast becoming one of the region's premier running events, this year's Seaside Half Marathon and 5K Run is expected to draw 2,200 runners. Start time for the Half Marathon is 7:30 am and 7:45 am for the 5K.
Both races are USATF certified and start and finish in downtown Seaside in front of the Post Office. The 13.1 mile half marathon course is out-and-back along scenic highway 30-A past the beach towns of WaterColor, Grayton, and Blue Mountain, with a turn-around near Gulf Place. The course is fast and mostly flat, ensuring fast finish times for competitive runners.
Both races are walker-friendly, and walkers are welcome to participate. However, dogs and baby/jogging strollers are not permitted on the race course. Please leave your baby strollers and dogs at the Starting Line.
In keeping with the tradition of past years, the 2008 race promises to be festive and fun!
All proceeds from both races benefit The Seaside Neighborhood School and all monies raised will stay in the community and be used to enhance school programs.
