Crescent City Classic

This annual event is held in New Orleans, LA. The course is USAT&F sanctioned and certified 10,000 meters. In traditional New Orleans style, a fabulous post race party awaits event participants. The Crescent City Classic is organized by the Crescent City Fitness Foundation, a non-profit organization.

Crescent City Classic

The course is a USAT&F sanctioned and certified 10,000 meters (Certification#: LA 00002 PR). It runs from historic Jackson Square through the financial district, along the beautiful, tree lined Esplanade Avenue to finish in City Park. In traditional New Orleans style, a fabulous post race party awaits event participants.

One of the world’s great 10K races, the Crescent City Classic is an Easter Weekend Tradition, not only in New Orleans, but in the world, because it runs on a flat, fast, 6.2 mile course that lends itself to world records as well as those who just want to get some exercise "New Orleans Style" and then enjoy the fabulous Postrace Party.
