Link to Us and Win - Official Rules
- The "Link to Us" contest is a promotion
brought to you by TripSmarter.Com. TripSmarter.Com will be accepting
links to the official website www.TripSmarter.Com. Anyone wishing
to enter the contest must first place a link to us on their website
and then fill out the form which enters you in the contest. A
drawing will be held once a quarter for a lucky winner to receive
a free TripSmarter.Com T-Shirt. Drawings will take place four
times a year with the first to occur on April 15, 2002. Entries
must be received for review at least two weeks before the contest.
- Contests will occur at the discretion of the management
of TripSmarter.Com.
- Employees of The Tourist Network, The Davis Company
& TripSmarter.Com are not eligible.
- Prizes will be awarded from TripSmarter.Com to
all winners upon proof of a link provided, eligibility and identity.
- All contestants agree to the use of their names
and/or likeness by The Tourist Network and TripSmarter.Com for
use in website promotion now and in the future without further
compensation.
- TripSmarter.Com reserves the right to modify or
change the rules or discontinue the contest without advance notice.
- Awarding of all prizes is at the discretion of
The TripSmarter.Com and all decisions are final. TripSmarter.Com
reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of greater,
lesser, or equal value.
