The short answer to that question is "no!"
Spring Break in Panama City Beach isn't just for the kids anymore. You don't have to be twenty-one to enjoy warm weather, adult beverages, and great music up and down the beaches.

For a slightly-older-than-Spring-Break-crowd, there are tons of great places you can check out! Try Schooners, Ms. Newby's, Pier Bar at Pineapple Willy's and Harpoon Harry's. All of these places offer great music, cheap drinks, and the ability to party alongside a diverse crowd of people all March long!
Pier Park is a relatively new addition to the Spring Break party scene and most of the establishments cater to Spring Breakers AND locals...regardless of their age. Check out Tootsies, Hofbrau, and Buffalo Wild Wings (bonus: this is a great place to watch the March Madness action)...just to name a few!
If you're going to be visiting during the middle of the month...check out Little Black Dress at Boatyard. Chances are, it's perfect for your age group!
Still not convinced? That's fine! Your partying days aren't over just because you won't be coming to Spring Break...why not look into Mardi Gras or Fantasy Fest?
