Thanksgiving Day at Margaritaville - November 27th
This year relax with the family and leave the cooking and cleaning to the friendly staff at Margaritaville. Besides the beautiful view of the gulf diners will enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving menu featuring turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread stuffing, green beans and cranberry sauce... plus pumpkin pie for dessert!
Schooners Annual Locals Holiday Party and Toy Drive - November 28th
Held on Black Friday this annual event is always a local favorite! Featuring a bonfire on the beach, live entertainment, a variety of Chef Konrad's famous chili, smores, a 50/50 charity raffle, a visit from Santa and a tree of lights right on the beach! Plus, it's all for a great cause. Patrons are asked to bring a new unwrapped toy to donate to the Children's Home Society which helps support over 1800 children in the Panhandle.
4th Annual Winterfest - November 29th
Held at the downtown Panama City Marina on November 29th this event includes lots of delicious food vendors, unique arts and crafts vendors, a chili cook off, kids' activities and live entertainment. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the college football games that will be airing on a 20 foot inflatable screen. The marina is also the perfect spot to watch the Boat Parade of Lights which will pass by around 5:40pm.
Festival of Trees - December 2nd-5th
This is an annual event that offers families a fun and festive way to ring in the holidays. Volunteers and civic groups from around the county decorate and donate Christmas trees, wreaths and centerpieces for a live auction benefiting Bethel Village.
A Dickens of a Christmas - December 5th-19th
Enjoy the beauty and Christmas cheer of downtown for three festive family friendly nights. Held the first three Fridays in December this event features carolers, free ice skating, horse drawn carriage rides, kids activities, extended shopping hours and live concerts throughout the street.
6th Annual Run for Redfish - December 6th
Held at Pier Park this event includes a ½ marathon, a 5K, and a kids fun run. Runners will start at Pier Park and continue west down Front Beach Road until looping back to Pier Park Drive. This is a certified course offering professional timing and a professional race day photographer to capture all the fun. After the races participants and guests are invited to enjoy an after party at Margaritaville!
28th Annual Boat Parade of Lights - December 13th
Featuring over 50 boats decorated in a variety of Christmas lights and décor this event is always a hit! The parade begins at the Panama City Marina and continues on until it reaches the St. Andrews Marina. This event is free to spectators and boaters but donations will be accepted on behalf of the Children's Home Society.
6th Annual New Year's Eve Beach Ball Drop - December 31st
Every year thousands of people gather at Pier Park to countdown the 800 pound beach ball suspended 100 feet in the air. Attendees will also enjoy a family beach ball drop consisting of more than 10,000 inflatable beach balls, live entertainment, giveaways and a fireworks display at midnight!
Spinnaker's New Year's Eve Party - December 31st
There's no better place to ring in the New Year than at the world famous beach club Spinnaker! Guests will enjoy a dinner and dance party with live music, DJ's and karaoke, plus a champagne toast at midnight and lots of party favors and noisemakers to ring in the New Year right!
