May is one of the most beautiful months of the year on the Emerald Coast. This May, along with the fabulous spring sunshine and warm beach breeze, The Merchants of Seaside will host the Seaside Jazz Festival that will give Jazz lovers a special treat like never before.

Along with this fantastic weather the Seaside Jazz Festival will be producing not ONE, but TWO weekends of “Top- Notch”: A Journey through Jazz. The first festival weekend will begin Friday, May 16th through Sunday, May 18th will feature Latin Grammy winner Nestor Torres, The Rebirth Brass Band, Shamarr Allen, Ted Shumate, and Jesse McBride. The festival headliner, The Neville Brothers, will perform May 26. The bands will perform in the town’s well-known amphitheater.

Seaside offers so many fun, family events through the spring and summer. My family and I just live a few miles away, but when we spend a day or evening in Seaside it feels as if we were a million miles away from home. There is some thing very magical about spending time at Seaside whether it's for an event or just to hang out, shop and relax. Below is a list of some upcoming events you might want to plan for the next couple of months. Look forward to seeing you there.
