Typical Weather in PCB

Panama City Beach, FL -

Panama City and Panama City Beach are situated on the Gulf Coast of Northwest Florida. Because of our coastline and unique bay system, the hot summer climate found just a short distance inland is tempered by the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful St Andrews Bay. As a matter of fact, the metropolitan area is made up of 20.5 square miles of land, and 6.2 square miles of water. This dual influence results in an average yearly temperature of 71°F... just about where most people would set their thermostats.

PCB's Typical Weather

Unlike southern Florida which has an "endless summer" climate, Panama City has distinct seasons. As you might expect, the warmest months are June through August with average highs and lows of 89° and 71°F. The coolest months are December through February when you can expect to see the thermometer register a mean low of 40°, and high of 62°F. The transition seasons are thought by many to be the most comfortable with highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's. This coastal paradise truly offers the best of both worlds. End of Article
