You get huge props for looking at all the options. Too many just move based on some crazy notion from visiting. I wasn't trying to say "You'll never get famous" (even though you meant it as a joke) but that you'll go broke their before you even get a shot!

I'm one of those looking into getting a place in PCB or Destin down the road, and I'd encourage people to do the same thing: Do your research. When you visit, grab a map and get away from the tourist areas.
