I was gonna mention drink driving in my previous post but didnt deem it to be relevant but was gonna say that your driving age is 15 isnt it? maybe 16 not sure anyway, could it be that the driving age that is too low perhaps? because we all know that youngsters are gonna get their hands on booze someway or another if they really want to.
