Some PCB News for ya....
Just heard on the news tonight that Ocean Opry will close its doors for good after Labor Day 2005. The property has sold to a developer who will build "multi-colored resort homes" on the 10 acres of property.

AND

Rave Theaters announced it will build a new theater at PCB's Pier Park. Construction is still a ways off....
