It's not too bad. I think the enrollment is about 7 or 8,000, but a lot is like older folks too not college age. Although i say in my classes its about 90% 18-29. Theres not really one place that everyone lives, but there are a fair number of apts on the college side of the bridge. You can also rent a house out at the beach, sometimes that's cheaperthat you'd think. But yeh it's not so bad, close to the beach :)
