Frog pond? Turtle Lake?

Yeah, I've had friends that lived there. There were always a few students living there since it's so close to GCCC. Seemed like there were quite a few families there, too... which made it hard to party. They always had noise and partying complaints from neighbors so they ended up moving to a house on the beach.

Eagle's Landing and The Reserve usually have a good amount of students, but again, not much partying. AT least not any WILD parties.
