Sounds to me like you should definitely look into that! If the owners of La Vela were as smart as they think they are, they'd have already considered something to that effect. However, isn't the owner into real estate investments, or something. I think he's a real estate salesman....oh well. I guess he can do whatever he wants, at least they're gonna rebuild La Vela instead of just ending it where it is now you know!
