I had written up a shish bar well out of downtown a while back. Small place, great FRESH Sushi and some ambience. I would say sushi as fresh as Hawaii has with the Ahi Tuna. It was melt in your mouth good. Did not see it on the list provided. A flower name or something?

For locals, Osaka here in Destin is the place for most of my sushi needs. Tell Andy at the sushi bar I said hi. Right on 98.
