Thumbs up Bikes are the way to go

A bike, moped, or walking is much more relaxing than a vehicle in Key West. There is a hand full of restaurants that have free parking, but a majority don’t. All of Duval Street is best on foot anyways. It all depends on what you plan to do during your four days. Almost all of Key West facilitates bike riders with a bike rack. I don’t think the use of a car is necessary; the weather is great this time of year. Keep in mind on the entire island there isn’t a speed limit above 35 mph (I could be wrong) the island is about 2 by 4 miles. There is a bus system, there are cabs, and bike/moped rentals, I don’t think you would spend the amount of a car rental on any of them. There are a few parking garages that cost 2 dollars an hour, but no meters for parking a bikes. Best of luck, enjoy the island.
