Dunes is a very nice place to stay. The condo's are somewhat dated, but maintained well. We really liked it there. I would stay there again. There are different buildings though that may not have a great view. I think they are A,B,C,D and E buildings. We had a D building and awesome view. E is good too. Not sure about A-C. You may want to inquire what unit you have.
