Yes, the pier that is across from goofy golf where the kids use to park and hang out back in the dayz. : ) Now, just a parking area and pier, but, was totally blocked off, and looked as if fixing to put up condo on the side of pier, not across the street from it. I am sure someone here who lives near the beach or on it can verify this, as they had a huge sign up with the plans and the condo pic on it and name. Anyone?
