If you love cajun food but can't make it to New Orleans there is only one place to go. Al Copeland's on chase st. directly across from the Civic center. The portion sizes are huge. Its a tad bit pricey (average dinner costs about $25) but you can't beat it. all of the sauces are made from scratch not frozen. every thing there is made from scratch. All of the managers are from New Orleans and it it one of the fastest growing franchises in the country.
