It's not just the hotels Frankie, the bars on Bourbon with balcony's will rent them out too. A couple I'm aware of are Bourbon Vieux at 501 Bourbon Street, and Bourbon Street Balcony at 232 Bourbon.

Just about all of them with balcony's rent, so your best bet is to try the hotels listed here or the bars and nightclubs listed here.

Look around for a good deal... you can usually get a free meal or some other "lagniappe" included in the price!
