A week of drinking takes its toll. Especially while in the sun. Every little bit of information helps when you go out and get hammered every night, so be conscious of the fact that at when you go to bed, you're gonna start again in 12 hours. Drink as much water as you can before you go to sleep. Leave a bottle next to your bed before you go out for the night. Before coming to Panama city, everyone should stop by their GNC and get vitamin B and C tablets to take. Once before you start drinking, and one for the next day to have after breakfast. Then of course water water water, gatorade gatorade gatorade, electrolytes and fructose. Remember that if you have a headache, most likely its because you're still dehydrated. The beach is half the fun of being there for the week. Don't miss it because you're not taking care of yourself. Since you and your 20 friends are gonna be replenishing every day, instead of picking up an 80-pack of water bottles at wal mart, just bring a brita filter for the faucet. it'll save room in your fridge, and you can just throw it in your luggage. And eat a banana or kiwi every other day. See you on the beach.
